I am Preeti Bhattacharya, a dedicated Software Engineer with a Master's degree in Computer and Information Science from George Mason University, Fairfax, USA, achieving a commendable 3.7 GPA. Passionate about problem-solving and meticulous attention to detail, my work experience and projects have instilled in me the values of collaboration and collective growth.

Presently, I am serving as a Software Engineer at Hubbell in Herndon, USA. Prior to this role, I contributed to esteemed organizations including Space, Cerence, Atos-Syntel, and Amazon.

My academic journey includes a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekananda Technical University, where I attained a remarkable GPA of 8.8/10. I honed skills in Java, C++, C, Data Structures, Algorithms, and SQL, and also actively conducted seminars and knowledge transfer sessions.

I'm not just passionate about coding; I'm on a journey to turn ideas into reality through elegant lines of code.

Hubbell Software Engineer

Currently I am working on refactoring 12-year-old monolithic code base to improve maintainability, and enhance overall project efficiency by 32\%.
Engaged with the constant creation and upkeep of web application that serves as the central hub for all data sent to IoT devices.
As an Software Engineer Intern I built an Eclipse Leshan-inspired IoT device management system for monitoring sensor data utilizing the CoAP protocol.
